  Spent a total of three and a half hours visiting with a friend, parked in guest parking and came out to graffiti on my car. Straight up spray paint! My friend went to the management and was told I can put in a claim to my insurance. Four other vehicles were tagged as well. There was no offer to help from them at all. Now I'm nervous to visit her place...let alone rent from them.

  I have lived here for going on two years now, I would recommend it to anyone. Everything is kept very clean, the maintenance staff are all over issues that you might need, everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. You do what you're supposed to and you get left alone!

  I would rather live in a box on the street than rent from any of their properties again. For starters this place is so poorly ran, constant miscommunication between office staff, maintenance workers and outside sourced services. The day I had told them time and time again I would be there to pick up the keys is the same day they scheduled to have carpet cleaners there? How am I going to have 2 trucks full of stuff and stay off the carpet for 2 whole days? Insane. This place will not even think twice about taking advantage of you and taking as much of your deposit as possible. I moved out and they’re claiming I destroyed the carpet and took half of my deposit to cover it. Carpet that wasn’t even properly cleaned on my move in. Keep in mind I lived there for only 6 months! The carpet was in the same condition when I moved out as when I moved in, no damage and no people or pet caused issues. Now, ANTS. SOOOO MANY ANTS. The whole 6 months of my residency here my apartment was covered in an ant infestation. It was truly the worst experience of my life. I got out of there as quickly as I could. Also, 1 trash compactor for a huge complex of 23 buildings that constantly breaks and trash piles up everywhere? Disgusting. Literally just run as far as possible from this place. I wish someone would’ve told me too.

  I lived here for about 4 years and honestly had a really good experience. The location is super convenient—everything you need like shops, restaurants, and groceries is close by. The area feels safe and pretty quiet, which I really appreciated. The apartments and common areas are generally clean and well taken care of. Management can get a bit busy sometimes, but they were usually helpful when needed. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot in the area.

  Living here has been a nightmare, especially when it comes to packages. If you like ordering things online, I wouldn’t recommend moving here. Brooklyn has really bad customer service comes off rude but tries to act nice. The staff come off entitled and unhappy, and it makes living here way more stressful than it should be. Packages are constantly thrown all over the floor, and the area is always a mess. It’s really frustrating to deal with on a daily basis
