- ENE NishimuraMar 24, 20261.0~Commons at Crackside~ Move here if you want to live around junkies, drug dealers, known criminals, loud music, loud cars, and people parking in your designated parking spot that you pay extra for that they never tow away. Even if all of this wasn't an issue, this place was built in the 90's, I only know this because the windows still have the install dates still on them so expect cold and noises to bleed through. The vibe of this place went from nice and peaceful to inconsiderate, loud, and run down fairly fast. I've had packages go missing constantly, I've stepped in dog poop IN THE PARKING SPOTS, and I've been followed from my parking spot to my apt stairs a handful of times. As mentioned in other reviews, the employee turnaround is frequent, probably because the employees themselves who have free rent wouldn't want to live here longer than they have to, which speaks volumes about the state of this place.

Chasty is their supervisor and as it saying goes " the way the head is so the body follows" she is awesome.. And the assistant manager Katrina along with Marcus the leasing agent are very nice.
- ABAmy BarnhartFeb 28, 20261.0Between the ever-present proselytizers, nonstop leaf-blowers, growing population of drug addicts and vagrants, insanely high rent rates, and uncaring management / owners, I believe this is the worst apartment I've lived in. We've had our garage broken into, gas siphoned from our cars, and have seen vandalism on every surface there is. Do not move here, you will regret it. This place can't seem to keep good people around with a rotating cast of maintenance workers and landscapers.
