  Shout out to Abi! I have been working with her on getting into my new place. I haven’t had many positive experiences with most managements. The girl is so professional, very communicative & helpful! I am so excited to move into my new place.

  Bottom line: I don't think this place is a good return on value. The amenities are great. The front office staff are great. But the amount of maintenance and attention to detail is minimal, bordering on non-existent. Today, I went down to the hot tub with my wife because my back was bothering me (old man problems). I was trying to make sure that the kids there didn't feel like we were forcing them out, so we made some casual conversation. As they left, I noticed the corner of a foil wrapper nearby. To our horror, we noticed that the white object further in the distance was a used condom. We started looking around the area and saw that there were several used condoms strewn about. We left shortly after taking these photos, but this is legitimately a BIOHAZARD and something that should have been dealt with immediately. There are cameras pointing directly at this area. This didn't stop someone from dumping dish soap into it, nor did it stop the man child who threw an entire pizza in the pool over the summer (but it was ok because his daddy built the pool). For the amount of money you pay to live here, you would think they would nip incidents like this in the bud. Not only that, but I had a pretty long conversation at the front office when I was walking my dog. The front desk staff were definitely aware of the situation, based on the number of post it notes on the table for each complaint. In what world do you let a literal biohazard fester without mitigating it? Instead of warning the residents, or even trying to cover it up by cleaning the area, the management chose to do nothing. There have also been 2 prior biohazard concerns that my wife has brought to management's attention, including multiple instances of used tampons being left in the parking lot and used needles being left beside cars. My wife had to dispose of the needles HERSELF, which is absolute insanity. If it isn't obvious already, I certainly won't be renewing my lease.

  Most horrible communication we ever experienced with rental office in our life, Leasing Consultant not willing to come to the phone after multiple attempt by calling this office. There were important questions about finalizing on renting one of their unit. I don't understand how can this happen when it's so important. Totally lost my trust on this place, at this point I want my deposit and fees refunded immediately!

  The best apartments in the Happy Valley area. Lots of amenities. Great staff as well.
