  They are nice places. But they just don't have enough parking. People get towed almost every day, myself included. I thought I was in a visitor spot. Guess not. This all pushes people to park out on the road illegally, so they get towed as well. Next closest place to park is the schools.

  We’ve only lived here for about a month but so far I’m really happy with our choice. This is such a beautiful and lovely community. I love all of amenities like the basketball court, corn hole area, and pool. We live on a bottom floor unit and the temperature doesn’t get too crazy. Coming from another complex on the top floor with vaulted ceilings it’s a huge difference in our electric bill. The building we live in is also pretty quiet. I never hear peoples’ doors slamming. I never hear people yelling. The ONLY thing we hear is the person upstairs walking around. I have gotten used to that and it really does not bother me (but maybe if there was a kid running around that could be a different story). The traffic noise from the schools is also not that bad because the speed limit is low. I really can’t hear any of it when the windows are closed. The apartment itself is SO so nice. The kitchen is amazing. The lighting is perfect. The ladies in the front office are always so helpful and kind. The only real issue I notice is the lack of guest parking. You win some and you lose some, though. All in all, I really love this place.

  Shout out to Abi! I have been working with her on getting into my new place. I haven’t had many positive experiences with most managements. The girl is so professional, very communicative & helpful! I am so excited to move into my new place.

  First, parking here is AWFUL. I always have to park on the street. Almost got towed several times. They did not think through parking when they built these. 100 bucks to park is ridiculous. The assigned spot to our apartment is the farthest away possible from our unit. (over 1/4 mile away according to maps) Second, the maintenance takes forever, our oven is still broken even though the appliances are relatively new. You would think if you're paying 2k a month for a small 2bed you would have a place to park.

  Have not been able to tour the property due to construction, but the photo gallery says a lot! I'm going to wait until my current lease gets closer to expiring and then I'll be applying for sure. On a side note; I have been a resident for 5 years on a Avenue5 property and they are awesome!
