From the very first time I reached out, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. Wendy took the time to walk me through the entire viewing process, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident about leasing a new apartment. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and it was clear she genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Thanks to her help, I found an apartment that fits exactly what I was looking for. The location of Scouter’s Mountain Apartments is also a huge bonus—quiet and convenient. The apartments themselves are well-maintained, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the service I received and the place I now get to call home. Highly recommend working with Wendy and checking out Scouter’s Mountain Apartments!

Throughout every step or question, the management team (Wendy and Jessica), have been very helpful and provided guidance where needed. Wendy is always available to answer a quick question if she in her office. The maintenance team keeps the property clean and orderly, and has been quick to solve any maintenance issues that have arisen. I chose to move into Scouters Mountain due to its location, I will renew my lease because I have enjoyed living here.
