  simple inquiry gone terrible with initial phone call with this complex. I just wanted information that wasn't provided on the website and specifically said "call for inquiry" and I was not only poorly treated and talked down to but I never got the info I wanted. Will not be adding this to my list unless they reach out to make it right and show these other reviews are legit.

  Altamont is the only apartment complex that has actually renewed my faith as a renter - the staff, both office and maintenance, are extremely kind, thorough, and QUICK to respond. They will get any repairs done within 24 hours, leave a breakdown of what was done when leaving, and are very respectful of property (wearing booties to make sure no dirt or damage comes in, moving fragile items gently, etc). They also notify you when they’re coming to check if you’re home or not regardless of the kind of work. The office is always sending out helpful notes about upcoming construction, maintenance that could be loud, or updates about anything and everything. The entire complex is clean, beautifully kept, and peaceful even with standard traffic. Their gym is both beautiful to look at and functional - I actually use it! And don’t even get me started on their adoration for animals - they love any and all critters, will refund your adoption fees, and love updates about them! All in all, I can’t say enough - I love this place. Been here almost a year and have zero issues with the way things are run and the overall quality. Renewed our lease without a single thought (and I’m on the pickier side)! Love you, Altamont! Thank you so much!!

  Love living at Altamont Summit. The grounds are well kept, the apartments are spacious and the neighbors are clean and friendly. The BEST part about this is place is the maintenance team. They are quick and efficient, kind and easy to work with. Ive put in a request for a small fix a couple of times and they are resolved in less than 24 hours. I've never lived somewhere that has such great maintenance. You can tell the company who owns the property cares about maintaining it. Brendan at the front office was wonderful to work with. The only complaint I have is that I opted to live on the 2nd floor and have never lived below anyone so I don't have a good measure for what I should expect to hear. The guy above us is a big dude and I can hear every move he makes. But I figure thats how it is at most apartments, so it's not making Altamont lose a star. Overall this is an amazing community and I'm so glad we picked it. Oh, and the views of downtown Portland are amazing!!! Def would recommend living here.

  Altamont Summit is a great place to live. The office management is very professional and always friendly and or course helpful. The maintenance team is outstanding, especially Kai. The entire complex is kept in truly excellent condition at all times. If something needs a repair, it is taken care of immediately or as soon as possible. Overall a wonderful place to call home.

  Altamont Summit really is a great place to live. The apartments are above grade. They have upgraded appliances, gas, heat, air conditioning, and great amenities. Anytime we turn in a work order it is answered quickly. If it requires getting parts or taking a little longer, it’s generally done in 72 hours. Everyone who works here has a great attitude and is always looking to help. Aaron, the manager, is really The best Manager, we’ve dealt with. Kelsey is an excellent lease manager and has helped us so much with everything that we needed. Almost everyone has dogs, and we meet a lot of people down at the dog run. The community here is very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t be happier.
