She took the time to explain everything in detail—from schools and parks to mailboxes and community features—without ever making us feel rushed. What really stood out was how kind and patient she was with my two kids. She made them feel comfortable and included, which meant a lot to us as a family. That alone says so much about her character and professionalism. Nicola made the entire experience feel easy, honest, and stress-free. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed and confident in our decision. Because of her, we felt comfortable and excited about living here.
