  I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience at this condominium. First, I want to clarify that my concern is not with the apartment itself, but with the property manager, whose name I understand is Tiffany. Throughout my tenancy, I experienced repeated unprofessional behavior. The manager was rarely available in the office, did not respond to emails or phone calls, and failed to properly follow up on documents and maintenance requests that were submitted. One of the most serious incidents involved my vehicle being towed. Due to the lack of guidance, communication, and support from management, I was unable to recover my vehicle and suffered a significant financial loss. Additionally, when I first moved in, I was promised a $500 referral bonus, which was never paid despite meeting the required conditions. Today, when returning the apartment keys, my brother was informed that the office never received my 30-day written notice to vacate. This is incorrect. The formal notice was delivered one month in advance and left inside the office with sufficient time before my move-out date of February 27. It is unacceptable that I am now being told there is no record of the notice. This appears to be a direct result of poor administrative management and lack of organization. The pattern of negligence, lack of professionalism, and dismissive treatment has been extremely disappointing. I am formally requesting the contact information for a supervisor, regional manager, or property owner so I can escalate this matter immediately. I also request written confirmation acknowledging this complaint. I expect a prompt response. Sincerely, Ivan

  Have lived here for over 8 years. Absolutely love the complex, the manager and the people!!! So many kids and the pool is great in the summer!!!!

  El peor lugar para vivir son estos apartamentos , la encargada nunca que necesitas algo está en la oficina y cuando logras contactarla te atiende con mucha mala forma . Lo atiende los correos electrónicos con prontitud , con el mantenimiento del apartamento se demoran para solucionar hasta lo más mínimo . En mi caso particular cuando pedimos una referencia para aplicar a una nueva renta , puso lo peor como si fuésemos delincuentes, cuando nunca nos han puesto ni una multa por absolutamente nada , incluso puso que teníamos mascota como si eso fuera un delito . En resumen nooooo lo recomiendo
