  This place has been perfect for myself and my daughter. Everyone is so nice and they make me feel safe about my daughter being outside or in the pool. And shoutout to Jazzmen in the office for always listening and helping when i come in with a problem. Between Jazzmen in the office and Henry in maintenmance i can 100% say i am one satisfied tenant. Thanks guys. See you next time i panic about something stupid.

  Nicola and jasmine in the office is absolutely beyond amazing! They go out of the way to help or find a solution! The maintenance team is absolutely amazing to and I love the Communication they have with me and my family and others! I really do feel like they actually care about us and the community as a whole! The whole staff are just rockstars and some of my favorite people

  My girlfriend and I have lived here for close to 2 years now and we have had a really great experience. Jazzmen from day one treated us like family and made sure we were satisfied with our apartment before we officially moved in. When it came down to maintenance requests or even when our water heater went out she stayed on top of it checking in to give us updates and reassurance. She really is an amazing leasing consultant, and if it wasn’t for her caring personality we wouldn’t have stayed after our lease ended the first year.

  It started out great when I first moved in then I started having issues with my neighbor with noise, smoking cigarettes on the back porch and I reported it several times to the office and was told they’d deal with it. As nothing seemed to have been done about it because nothing changed I finally called again the other day and talked to a guy who seemed not to care at all. I was told it’s her apartment and she can do what she pleases even if it keeps me from sleeping at night. My stove also died so I have no means to cook and the same guy just said the list is long and they’ll get to it. So I have no means to cook and no idea when it’ll get taken care of. I’m not sure who the guy was, but he wasn’t very professional nor did he care about the tenants here. I’m going to subtract a star two now because they won’t do nothing about my problems. Every time I go outside, I got a smell my neighbor cigarette. I gotta hear her dogs all the time and it took over a month to get my stove fixed. I have tried putting in several complaints just to get pushed away. I was going to leave a new review, but it won’t let me so I’m just going to continue with this one.
