  My grandmother-in-law was a resident here, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful this facility was for her and our family. The staff treated her with so much love, and respect, it truly felt like they cared for her as if she were their own family. Anytime we visited, we were greeted with kindness, and we always felt reassured that she was in good hands. what meant the most to us was the way the CNAs and nurses took time to know her, talk with her, and make her feel valued and cared for. The therapy department was wonderful as well, they were patient and got her strong enough to return home safely. It gave us peace of mind during a very emotional time, and we will forever be grateful for the compassion they showed. I would absolutely recommend Regency Care of Rogue Valley to anyone who wants their loved one to be cared for with dignity and respect. Forever grateful for the staff who cared for my grandmother in law.

  Great facility to have a loved one in for rehab or long term care. Staff are friendly and kind, home like environment. Hot food and snacks throughout the day are perk! Therapy department is fantastic and floor staff are always smiling and laughing. 5 stars is not enough for Regency wish I could give 15 stars!!!!!

  My grandpa was there for rehab, the therapy team was AWESOME!!! Would recommend, if I could give them more then 5 stars it would be a 10 star facility!

  Regency Care of Rogue Valley has been nothing short of amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, cared for, and respected. From the nurses and CNA’s to the therapy team and administration, everyone treats the residents like family. The communication with families is excellent, and we always feel included in decisions about care. The facility itself is clean, no odor of urine while walking down the halls and the staff are always smiling. The resident care managers are always so helpful and informative when it comes to treatment plans and goals. I am so grateful for the compassion, patience, and professionalism shown every day. I would highly recommend Regency Care of Rogue Calley to anyone looking for skilled nursing or long-term care for their loved one.

  They are defiantly struggling to get good help. We went for a visit today and they stuck us outside in the heat. When i all the little helper girl why they were doing outside visits with a national weather service heat advisory shesaid we didn't know it was gonna be hot. If you don't want to sit in the heat we can cancel the visit. Lot of compassion for the elderly patients.
