Long list of state complaints listed on the state ITlicensing site and I see why. Do your research. Not to mention the floor felt all rotted

I am very impressed with Laurel Hill. They may not look pretty on the outside but the people and staff there are exceptional. They are always there to show you a friendly smile and they will help as much as they can when you need it. They also will sit there and listen to you if you just need someone to talk to. Choosing Laurel Hill was the best decision I have made. I recommend Laurel Hill to anyone

We placed my beloved cousin Joe in Laurel Hill after he had spent many months in an out-of-state facility that was horrendous for him. Laurel Hill staff were so very good and kind to Joe that he couldn't believe his good fortune. His first few weeks there, he was terrified we would take him someplace else. The staff and I constantly reassured him he was "home". He, then, settled in and was joy-filled ever day. The LH staff were a godsend for us. The gave Joe the care and treatment we hoped he would have for the rest of his days. He was such a good man we know he deserved the best we could give. When he passed away on Apr 3, even some staff were in years at this loss. We can't thank them enough for making his last days so fabulous. To the staff: thank you, thank you, a thousand times.

Very rude and unprofessional they treat their residents cruelly and are impossible to communicate with and Robin is the worst to try to talk to she's unprofessional with no bedside manner and just flat out rude I've been trying to check on my client all day and staff us telling me he isn't there but won't tell my if he's OK and while I was on the call Robin took the phone from another resident that was trying to get someone's attention and scolded him like a child I do not recommend this facility whatsoever
