  Hello, I have lived at Forestplace Appts for almost 2 years now. I really enjoy the beautiful community grounds amongst the appt buildings. The staff here are very nice and friendly, always helpful when you need something. Check it Out‼️Specials Galore 🎉

  Great people here at Forestplace Apartment Homes. 🏡 Great place to live,❤️ there is resident events here, AB&B, with all of the amenities, an awesome extra for your guests, friends, and just yourself, whenever you like.🥰 Forestplace Apartment Homes is pet friendly, has a built-in all year-round outdoor Spa, exercise facility, and is closely located to stores, good restaurants, Pacific University.   I was apprehensive about moving into an apartment, having not lived in one in years. But my situation dictated it so I started looking and chose Forest Place. I honestly couldn't be more pleased. I was expecting the "usual" apartment experience and have been pleasantly surprised here. It's clean, quiet and has wonderful amenities. I use the gym daily and it's always well maintained and clean. The staff, specifically James, have been top notch. I'm a detail oriented person and I tend to ask lots of questions. He has been nothing but polite, professional and extremely helpful. My initial apprehension has turned into enjoyment and sincerely looking forward to going home every day. I don't write many reviews, but Forest Place and the staff (James specifically) deserve a 5 star rating. Thank you for making my transition back to an apartment such a positive experience!
