We have been living here maybe 2 and a half months and 9/10 times we come home someone is parked in our parking spot and we cannot tow them because “we must contact management” when management is contacted they tell us that they cannot tow because of contracts not being signed? And when the manager (Jennifer who is extremely rude) was asked about the issue she totally blew it off and rushed me out of her office offering the slightest and quickest fix of switching which spot I park in. Still having the issue. Also we had to call maintenance to come fix our floors because the boards were sticking up due to poor installation we were met with a note when we got home that the floor boards were glued down and fixed only to find them sticking up still. So in closing don’t waste your time or money here like I did and move somewhere that they care about their tenants.
