  I thought the place was amazing!I went there to recover from neck surgery to correct neck down paralysis. I could not walk and they got me up and running. I especially enjoyed the Pig and HappyHours, the fish that was in love with the anemone, but most of the food was good ,very, and the staff did not let me lay around and feel sorry for poor me. I was there for Thanksgiving and Christmas.They were great, Thank You Debbie Dupre

  Regency Florence is an amazing establishment. Savannah RN the director of nursing and Donnea the social worker are two amazing women. The entire staff care so much about the residents, they answer call lights promptly, know everyone’s names and preferences and have the biggest hearts! Regency Florence is clean and is very welcoming when stepping inside. I would send any of my family members to heal here.

  Very friendly greeting staff there was a young man that had pink shoes on that was very friendly he educated me well in the 5 hours that I was there I would have stayed longer but I saw a lot of red flags in just a short time I was there so if you're considering putting your family member in this facility I would recommend you take a serious walk through talk to the residents before making your choice.

  I would go with a no star but can't, when looking up the facilities deficits this place has, I found out that instead of fixing the problems they were supposed to fix, they are still doing the exact thing they they were told by the state to fix and the neglect my friend went through taking almost 30 minutes to answer a call light waiting almost 2 weeks to give her a shower, if you care about your loved one in anyway before looking at recency to send them to make sure you look up the actual problems they got dinged for and see if they are actually fixing the problem like they are supposed to or if they still do what the state found wrong just be cautious of this place not clearly informing you and your loved one exactly how much time you have to stay and what they charge, I don't recommend this place at all because it is well known in the caregiving community regency is the worst place to put your loved one and even worse to work at so just be warned that your loved one may get neglected and dismissed like they are nothing I know this is a run-on sentence I'm just to mad about how my friend was treated so just look up all the problems before you actually consider this place.
