  Lived here a long while ago. It appears not much has changed. Great location in terms of convenience and access to everything. Loved my apartment then but did not love parking troubles. This is the only place my car has ever been broken into because I had to park in the back neighborhood. Management did loan me a specific parking spot under cover for a few days while the back window had to get fixed. Newvr really had an issue with too much noise luckily. Did not have access to the pool while living there unfortunately, it was frustrating to pay for an amenity that could not be used. Some transient issues due to easy garbage access and being right off River Road. Definitely pet feces issues, which is unfortunate because management is very proactive with offering bags and trash cans. That's just a bad tenant issue.

  Cons: Parking Sucks if u don’t pay for a covered spot and it’s off of river rd so the homeless are always in the trash cans Pros: Quiet everything is only about a mile or two away pool is always clean it has a small gym maintenance guys are good dudes they are fast and get the job done Tina in the front office is super super nice she a great lady. Apartments are nice size

  Have now lived here a few months and it's been veey enjoyable the whole time. Maintenance is quick to respond to service needs and when I had to use the business center in the office I found it accommodating. Can't wait for the pool to open.

  Do not rent from here! Went to rent a 3 bedroom apartment. Was 2 days from receiving keys and looked at apartment the living room floors were trashed. I asked to have them redone they gave me 2 options pay the rent and take apartment and wait 3 weeks for floors to be done (after all your stuff is moved in) I have a dog this is not convenient In Anyway or take a refund. I said I wanted apartment but felt that I shouldn't have to pay for something that is trashed until its ready. Caroline in the office who by the way is not very nice or pleasant to work with stated she did not think that was an option. Would find out and let me know. 10 minutes later I received an email not even a phone call that my refund was being processed and would be mailed to me. The customer service at this apartment complex is horrible Taylor in the office is super sweet and a nice girl Caroline who runs the office is very unfriendly and unpleasant to work with. I don't feel that any person should have to pay for something that is not ready to go. And also there was an exact apartment that was the same that was being rented out at the same time for $200 less however she would not give us that same option because we had signed a lease a week earlier for the other apartment. This place is just worried about lining their pockets with money I hope this apartment now sits empty for them this was a horrible experience so very glad I did not move in there I tried to ignore the badd reviews I saw and now I know why all these bad reviews were left take the reviews and do not rent here find something else you will be happier somewhere else!
