  I am very happy with the quality of service from A Quality Appraisal. I just ordered a Floor Plan and it looks great! More than what I expected and now my seller has 200 more square feet than he realized, which will help me sell his property for more money. With the higher price, it pretty much will pay the for the Real Estate Commission! Win Win Win! Glad this service is available!

  I had an excellent experience with A Quality Appraisal. They were timely , courteous and quite affordable. I used them to measure a house I was getting listed and draw up a floor plan. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  They were able to come right out to measure the house and spent a long time doing a very detailed job. Professional and courteous. Very, very happy and will definitely hire them again.

  Gary Kristensen with A Quality Appraisals did a great job in providing my client with a floor plan as we prepared their home for the market.   I've been a real estate broker in Portland for 16 years and have worked with many appraisers but I found Gary to be at the top of the list. He is very knowledgeable but also is able to explain his process in detail but still make it easily understandable. He is prompt, respectful and very thorough in his work and obviously wants to put out the best work he can. He worked with my schedule and went over and above my expectations. I can highly recommend his services!
