  The Township apartments property was disappointing. The outside grounds were dirty. Glass and small garbage all around the apartment building. The front door to the unit was badly scratched and dented. Looked like someone kicked and hit the door many times. There was a piece of the front overhead ceiling missing that was not appealing looking. The apartment smelled funky, not fresh. Needs to be cleaned better. The counter tops looked and felt cheap. Like they had been painted.

  They were wonderful!!! Olivia had come in and turned our heat and lights on for us since we were gonna be after hours moving, brought our mail in. Neighbors are super friendly and my dog absolutely loves the dog park

  I’ve lived here for almost two years. The place is nice and the management team does a good job. However, since renewing my lease, I’ve had to deal with constant noise from the upstairs neighbors — you can hear footsteps, jumping, and banging throughout the day, making it very hard to rest, especially for those who work late, like me. I was offered the option to move to an upstairs unit, but it’s not that simple due to the time and expenses involved. Considering the total cost of around $2,000 per month (including utilities), I believe this type of situation should be handled with greater attention to ensure the comfort and peace of all residents. I recommend this place for its good management, but suggest keeping this in mind before moving in, as it can become frustrating after signing a year-long lease and having to deal with this issue.   Everytime I put in a work order it is handled very quickly. Olivia and the maintenance crew are very friendly and easy to deal with. A great crew.

  The person showing me the apartment was very professional and nice. I would love to live here but there was no one bedroom apartment available
