    I would recommend The Veridian to anyone looking to rent in Bend. The property is quiet, pretty, and close to Downtown. All the units are spacious, have lots of natural light, and very clean. The property is well taken care of and has a lot of amenities. Mary Grace was amazing and super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

    Meh. Not a very enthusiastic vibe from staff. They really didn't sell me on the place. Slightly cramped floor plan and no shelving above v. small washer and dryer. Discouraged putting up any shelving above them which is a lot of wasted space and no storage.

    MaryGrace was wonder in touring me around the grounds and showing the different rental options. Afterwards, she spent time reviewing NEXT STEPS very clearly and followed up within 24 hours along with a message from her manager too. I am excited to make the Veridian my next home in 2026 with the help of this great team.

    The front office people were very sweet to work with and very accommodating. Always shoveled the sidewalks when it snowed. And had a very spot around bend close to almost everything.
