Our old place would not swap out lightbulbs when they go out, and when we had several go out all at once here, but we couldn't get the fixtures off, we put in a request for assistance. We figured they would just teach us how to remove and replace the fixtures and we'd go buy bulbs that night. Nope! Michael went all the way back to grab all new bulbs for all 3 of our fixtures so we could start fresh. It's such a small detail, but avoided a lot of time out of our schedules going to Home Depot or waiting an on Amazon order. That's what makes a great living experience. Thank you!
