  This leasing agency is the worst place I have had to deal with when it comes to renting an apartment in the 10 years I have been renting. They have extremely poor communication management. Horrible correspondence and follow up on urgent and un urgent matters, they have poor customer service, and oh don’t ever need a maintenance issue fixed in a timely manner because that won’t happen. The current receptionist is very rude and clearly not well equipped to handle her job. I am elated that I moved, and will not be dealing with them any longer. They are a nightmare.

  I’ve had a wonderful experience with the Alpine Group so far, I was a bit wary initially of engaging with a property management company for rental since I had only rented from owners directly prior. While we did have some hiccups initially on the move in dates /rental application etc, Diane single handedly changed our opinion of the Alpine group! First she is SO sweet, patient, follows up with her tasks always! She is very approachable, friendly and can count on her for anything maintenance. We had so many little things needing fixing around the house as we first moved in and without any fuss on the number of tasks or randomness of the tasks, Diane took it up flawlessly! She makes it so easy for us to tackle any maintenance issue & we know she actually cares about us and any maintenance issues and truly doesn’t feel like she is doing this just as her job, but as a community member. Thank you Diane we so so appreciate you and all your help, your kindness, friendliness, patience and your ever helpful attitude!

  The folks working at the Alpine office have been so great to us. Huge shoutout to all you wonderful people! They’re prompt to respond to maintenance issues and questions, and I can tell they genuinely care. We feel lucky to finally work with a property management company that treats us like people, which is unfortunately more rare than it should be. Highly recommend!

  My apartment is managed by The Alpine Group, and the company does a very good job with maintenance requests and communication. Ryan in maintenance does great work, is nice and polite. Diane Burbach is fabulous in ordering needed appliances and excellent in scheduling maintenance with times that work for me, and is so gracious and nice over the phone. Heather Weil, Assistant Property Manager, tenant relations, is very good with her communication. And Brittany Coulter who is also on the Alpine team has also helped me and has very good communication.

  I moved into my unit when there was a gas leak, I instantly pointed out the smell and was told it was pine sol and that maintenance was off for the weekend by the realtor. I reported it on a Monday and was immediately told by maintenance to call the emergency number for the gas company and vacate the property, and they confirmed that the apartment indeed had a gas leak. My move out process was made incredibly difficult by April Graham. She made a mistake on my move in paperwork, I had a six month lease but she put the move out date as 7 months, also my mistake by not catching it. She was rude in our communications regarding the misunderstanding and refused any phone calls and in the end was unresponsive when trying to resolve the issue. My move out day I found out my key was an exact replica to my neighbor across the hallway as a last resort in helping them get into their apartment they locked themselves out of. Incredibly alarming as a someone living alone. Overall inattentive and not concerned for your wellbeing
