They are very rude, especially that lady michell. She would say yes, and then doesn't care changing her mind and screaming at your face or over the phone and would not fix nothing for months or years

I always have timely feedback in vacate unit showing, viewer response, I will get call from Alpine Tiffany if she feel need change rate or update unit. As result, my unit alway can rent out quicker than other company's listing.

Every PM will do computer generated service request, however , Alpine Chris will call me next day and making sure I got email service request, also clarify who do what by when and how to follow up. I am very happy that Chris called me. This demonstrate accountability and Alpine service excellence. We are able to close service request on time and bring great tenant satisfaction with their retention.

I sign up every 6 month inspection. It worth every penny.
--- tenant knows we are checking, in return, they are more careful in using and cleaning. Some tenants hesitate to voice out broken bath fan or leaking sink drain, we are able to fix the problem before mold grow on ceiling or sink cabinet rodded.

A company named P I used last year, gave PGE wrong address and cause bill missing, 3 month PGE late fee, then that P company asked me to pay late fee. this P company also double paid landscaping fee in 5/2024 and not aware until I pointed out....
In comparison, Alpine Dianne are able to to set up all utility transfer in first week when they take over, never have any issue in billing.

Among all 3 companies I tried, Alpine has the most competitive rate and fee to owner. Their recommend listing rent is realistic and evidence based. It benefit both tenants and owner in long term.

This is coming from a renter’s point of view - Very poor customer service. I rented with them for about a year and a half. When we first moved in, there were ants all over the apartment and we were told that it was the tenants responsibility to get rid of them even though we just moved in. After insisting, alpine group did contract an exterminator, however it took a lot of emails.
We were also victims of crime twice when we were at the apartment. Alpine group was not helpful at all. During one of these times we were victimized, someone stole our checkbook so we had to close our bank account because the account number was compromised. It was around the first of the month when rent was due and I notified Alpine group on the 1st that i had just changed the bank account in the payment system but that it had already my old account which was closed had been charged on autopay. I could still pay with funds from another account but didnt want to be charged for the payment bouncing back. They stated were still going to charge me if it bounced back. Total lack of empathy!
Another time my water bill was 3x what i usually owed and I tried to figure out if I had a leak. I called Alpine Group who told me how to read my water meter in the unit; I read the meter and it was way over what the bill said - it turns out Alpine had made a mistake and had overcharged me. I did get my money back after about a month or two but I cant tell you the amount of times I had to contact the Alpine Group to try and get it back. They ended up giving me a discount on my next water bill but of course they calculated wrong and gave me a smaller discount than what i had been overcharged. I had to continue arguing until I got all of rent back.
I have rented before Alpine on many occasions and I have to say that they were the most inconsiderate and greedy landlords Ive had. Its as if they have no integrity or honesty. The only thing that I can say that is different from the other posts here is that they did give me back my full deposit. I dont know if they felt bad. For that Ill give them a star.
