    We recently had to move out because our neighbors were selling drugs. We let management know and they did nothing. Other neighbors were loud at all hours of the night. The apartments are full of mold, which I'm sure they paint over in an effort to conceal. The pool always has 50 people in it, blasting music, and kicking balls and pool furniture into it. The street it's off (Blanton) is full of homeless people and people in RV/campers. For what they're ucharging, you can find better. ** in response to their reply. It's your property, you were told about the illegal activities being done. You are legally responsible to address the concerns, it is not our job to furnish you with proof. Secure the property better and maybe complete your own surveillance. They still live there and thwy are actively selling drugs.

    I dislike their swimming pool access system that people should go there through gym. That very difficult to access through gym with kids as kids aren’t allowed in gym but my kids like gym. I think if swimming pool access would be separated from gym that would be better; so that kids couldn’t access to gym. As 1 of my kids was in gym and I was busy for few minutes in few feet away from him with my another kid and planning to watch him again and fetch him to the swimming pool; that time they revoked my unit’s access. I am okay about revoking access of my that kid, I will never bring him to gym; but my daughter (8 years old) did nothing, she loved swimming so much. They could permit her access only. I could use access key only for her and wait beside swimming pool exit with my other kids.

    It’s gone way downhill. I used to love it here but now I’m quite as ashamed to be here and can’t wait to leave.
