They have two parking spaces with the SAME number and impounded my car. Costed $600 I tried to bring it to their attention and callously and coldly told me there was nothing they could do. Shameless money grab. Do not rent here, don’t even park here.

Service or companion animal? DON'T waste your money on screening! They will do anything to avoid you moving in. My rental score, as they call it (aka credit score), came back a 746. I was supposedly denied for that and told I need a co-signer that makes 5xs the rent in order to move in. My income exceeded requirements, my score was great...but I have 2 ESA animals. Read other similar complaints. Not just me. SCANDALOUS and skirting ILLEGAL actions by discrimination in what can only be assumed is an act of greed. Way to avoid those waived pet deposits, Sir Charles. IT WILL catch up to you. It always does. Until then, dear reader...BEWARE! We ended up applying for a far better apartment and got approved the same day. This place is horrible and a bunch of liars.

I can’t wait to move out of here. This year spent here has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had. They made move in so complicated and difficult. They fought me tooth and nail from being able to tour the unit before signing the contract and paying the deposit. And they definitely do that all the time because the lease has very specific verbiage about how if the unit doesn’t meet expectations, that doesn’t null the contract. They will try to push you into locking into a contract site unseen. Not only that but the extreme requirements for highly specific verbiage on the renters insurance policy. The leasing agent completed a walk through on move in day in which they created their own report of the condition of the unit on their iPad. My experience has always been that the TENANT provides feedback of the condition of the unit at move in. I had to point out severe damage to a cabinet and ask the leasing agent to include that in their report. If I didn’t say anything, she would have skipped right past of it. Day to day living here has been miserable. There has been a defective smoke alarm that has been chirping in a nearby unit for months. It’s a constant intrusion and the leasing office is not being attentive to the reported issue. They have been dragging their feet and not taking the issue serious. The maintenance workers and grounds keepers blow dirt and debris onto my patio every week. I sweep the patio and then I literally watch as the groundskeeper uses a leaf blower to blow piles of mulch and dirt onto my patio. They also touch, rearrange, and knock over my patio chairs, table, and rug every single time. There’s garbage all over the common areas of the property. They don’t have their ground keeping staff remove garbage in common grounds. In fact, the maintenance team recently cleared out dryer ducts and dumped piles of dryer lint all over the property instead of disposing of it. They not only don’t clean up the grounds, but they actively deface them with rubbish. The dumpster areas have piles of over flowing garbage and furniture items and fluids leaking all over the ground. It’s like a dumping ground and not a well contained dumpster. For such a poorly kept property, be prepared for an unexplainable number of intrusive property projects. 2-3 times of months you’ll be getting notices about not being able to park your car in your normal spot, having maintenance workers on your back patio, having to deal with banging around on the roof, not being able to open windows, needing to put a towel down by your front door, etc due to some project they’re doing. It’s back to back and constant interruptions to your day to day life. And yet, the property always looks like garbage and poorly kept- despite constant projects. Yet, the leasing office is right on the money to call tenants up over the weekend and harass them about a trash bag that was very temporarily set outside the front door for just a moment before taking to the dumpster because that disturbs “curb appeal”. They will literally police a bag that has been by your door for less than an hour while actively skipping past piles of lint and garbage littered around in common areas that they are responsible for. They’ll tell you you’re disturbing curb appeal while being negligent in a fire safety/noise disruption issue of a defective smoke alarm for months on end. I’ve lived in multiple different apartment complexes over the year and this has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. No redeeming qualities. This place is borderline uninhabitable and comes very close to breaking laws.

denies emotional support animals and discriminated against disabilities. Takes forever to review applications and website is not accurate. don't apply here if you have ESAs. Some of the leasing agents don't know what they are doing.
