  They have two parking spaces with the SAME number and impounded my car. Costed $600 I tried to bring it to their attention and callously and coldly told me there was nothing they could do. Shameless money grab. Do not rent here, don’t even park here.

  Service or companion animal? DON'T waste your money on screening! They will do anything to avoid you moving in. My rental score, as they call it (aka credit score), came back a 746. I was supposedly denied for that and told I need a co-signer that makes 5xs the rent in order to move in. My income exceeded requirements, my score was great...but I have 2 ESA animals. Read other similar complaints. Not just me. SCANDALOUS and skirting ILLEGAL actions by discrimination in what can only be assumed is an act of greed. Way to avoid those waived pet deposits, Sir Charles. IT WILL catch up to you. It always does. Until then, dear reader...BEWARE! We ended up applying for a far better apartment and got approved the same day. This place is horrible and a bunch of liars.

  mi experiencia como inquilino fue una decepción ya que cuando me fui del departamento lo deje en perfecto estado y me cobraron una cantidad de cosas que no se de donde salieron se quedaron con el dinero del deposito en su totalidad y aparte tuve que pagar una cantidad de dinero excesiva que me costó casi la remodelacion del apartamento y aparte te envían una carta donde te amenazan que dañaran tu crédito de inquilino es un abuso de parte de esta administración y vas hasta allá solo te dicen que no es con ellos sino con terceros. otra cosa al momento de la impecion pedí una cita para estar presente y me dijeron que eso no es permitido 🤷 y después me llego en la carta que no quise estar presente cuando en la administración me negaron el derecho a estar presente. y a muchas inquilino que estuvieron hay les paso el mismo caso ..... My experience as a tenant was a disappointment because when I left the apartment I left it in perfect condition and they charged me for a number of things that I don't know where they came from. They kept the entire deposit money and in addition I had to pay an amount of excessive money that it almost cost me to remodel the apartment and they also send you a letter where they threaten that they will damage your tenant credit. It is an abuse on the part of this administration and you go there only to be told that it is not with them but with third parties. Another thing, at the time of the impection, I asked for an appointment to be present and they told me that this is not allowed 🤷 and then I received the letter that I did not want to be present when the administration denied me the right to be present. And the same thing happened to many tenants who were there.....

  one of the worst apartment I lived. I stayed there for 3 years.There are so many issues here. 1. Appartment are very old and amenities are in very poor conditions.They always give lot of problem. 2.Lots of theft take place.Things get stolen from your patio. 3.Mold in every room Even if you clean mold,It will come again and again every room. My family felt lots of health issue because of mold. 4.When you moved it, Management is very nice but when you leave it appartment charges for everything even though there apartment are not in good shape. so I request you not to move in this appartment
