- LJLucinda Jlay-ReddJan 22, 20265.0I have lived in Sir. Charles Court Apartment Complex from 2017 to 2019 and from 2020 to present. They have very good management team and their maintenance team complete works in a timely manner whenever I put in a work order.
- GGGarretNov 11, 20251.0They have two parking spaces with the SAME number and impounded my car. Costed $600 I tried to bring it to their attention and callously and coldly told me there was nothing they could do. Shameless money grab. Do not rent here, don’t even park here.

Appartment are very old and amenities are in very poor conditions.They always give lot of problem. 2.Lots of theft take place.Things get stolen from your patio. 3.Mold in every room Even if you clean mold,It will come again and again every room. My family felt lots of health issue because of mold. 4.When you moved it, Management is very nice but when you leave it appartment charges for everything even though there apartment are not in good shape. so I request you not to move in this appartment
