  Management staff is friendly and quick to lend an ear to issues presented to them. When I have maintenance issues they are taken care of in a timely manner. Residents are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the peace. I am beginning my 8th year calling this home.

  The new Management company is running the complex like an HOA. They have poor communication for when they are planning maintenance on the buildings. Requiring Residents to have their vehicles Fully up-to-date with tags/insurance/registration regardless of the financial aspect of those things. "Vehicles without up to date tags are not permitted" If I could rate them zero stars you bet I would. I loved this place when I moved in 3 years ago, Once these people took over its gone downhill. Don't rent from these people. They're gonna nickle and dime you as soon as they can

  I like the place and the management is very helpful...but our appliances don't work completely well or not at all and we had to to call about being double charged on pet rent. Still waiting on access to the hot tub. Looking forward to that!

  I have to update my review since there has been changes. My experience has been great lately with more clear communication from management. The residents manager Dawn is a very nice person. I can appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Also, Julian does great maintenance work 🙌.
