    Over all it's a great place. I like it alot. The office staff is awesome. They on top of things. And the complex it self or the community. I think it's pretty much a good place to live. However there is alot of crime here at night. I have had my car broken into and I've had things stollen off my patio. I feel that security here is a bit lax. I see signs all over parking patrolled and enforced by blaw blaw. That's not true I've been her about ten weeks now. Never seen any security of any kind. And for this reason alone I'm only giving three of five stars. In the last three days we have had 9 car break Ins according the beverton police.

    I lived in this apartment for six months. The apartment is located nearby train station, and the staffs are nice. However, I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone because it is overpriced, and the mold formation inside the apartment, no ceiling fans in any room and no good quality carpet. In general, the humidity level is high in Beaverton, but it doesn’t mean that the apartment has to be moldy and moisture at all times. Seems the walls are very thin, it absorbs the humidity from outside which causes the mold formation inside the apartment, even when the heater is running. You can see the wetness on the walls everywhere during rainy and winter season. During winter, it was really horrible because there is no proper ventilation. I spent lot of money in running the heater and cleaning the mold.
