  Beware of paying for repairs when you leave. They expect you to leave the apartment in same or better condition when you leave otherwise you will be paying for all the costly repairs. If possible stay there for inspection when leaving. Also for this rent if you are ok staying little further, you will get much better lighting, paint and appliances in the apartment. Their maintenance staff and their proximity to market and nike is very good otherwise they were a single star.

  I moved to Kings Court Apartments in Beaverton in November and I am absolutely in love with my new home. After living for four years in an older high-rise downtown Portland, getting to have my own patio, a big washer and dryer, open space, and a dedicated parking spot feels amazing. I truly feel grateful every day to live here. The maintenance team deserves a special mention because they are the best I have ever seen. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. Whenever I put in a request, they make an effort to take care of it right away and follow up until it’s done. At my last apartment I had to go through frustrating situations to get basic things fixed, but at Kings Court everything is handled quickly and professionally. The leasing office staff are also incredible. When I drop off my money order or stop by with a question, they all know me by name, greet me warmly, and always take the time for a friendly chat. They make you feel genuinely welcome and appreciated as a resident. My unit faces the street so I can always see my parking space right from my living room window, which I love. The patio is huge and the extra storage shed gives me plenty of space. I like that there are only two levels instead of the three or four you find in bigger complexes because it keeps things quieter and more comfortable. During the summer the pools are always clean and well maintained. What really stands out to me about this community is how kind and respectful everyone is. Even if you’re going through something like a late payment or need help with a situation, the staff handle it with understanding and respect. They never make you feel uncomfortable or judged. Living at Kings Court has been nothing short of peaceful and happy. I am so thankful to call this place home.

  Mold. They will gaslight u and say it’s your fault. It’s not. Cheap everything, like the cabinets and everything is made of that cheap sawdust board. The vents don’t work they are just for show. They don’t try when painting or doing maintenance it’s just thrown on there rushed and looks like a toddler painted it. Windows suck. They might as well not even have windows. Don’t live here.

  This is a good apartment and community. I would say it is reasonable, affordable and safe, secured place to live. There is a lot greenery around and the best part is that you have Waterhouse trails beside which is very good for a dog walk, jog, etc. Thprd sports facility is also at walking distance. The pools are smaller but clean and functional during summer through falls. The location of this apartment is fantastic as you have Fred Meyer, Costco, Desi bites Indian eatery and a Mexican eatery, tap house at walking distance. Elmonica station is also walkable to commute. Nike, Intel and downtown can be easily travelled. It has amazon hub, maintenance is quick to respond, ample parking space. Good for families with pets, kids.
