    I've lived in many apartments around the Beaverton area. This apartment was the cleanest apartment I've ever moved into. Yes, it's a bit outdated (old windows, appliances, etc) but the rent was significantly cheaper than most surrounding places and in my experience it was still very clean and well maintained. I lived on the top floor and really enjoyed the vaulted ceilings. The washer dryer in unit is a huuuge bonus that not a lot of other apartments in the offer. Management was always quick to respond and the leasing office was so kind and helped me with some mail issues I had after I moved out. I made sure to leave the unit as nice as I got it and had no issues with my deposit. Many other apartments nickel and dime for everything to take your deposit but I had no issues with Kings Court-just basic cleaning fees that are expected upon move out. Overall, I had a really positive experience living here.

    I just want to start with saying that this complex has no respect for your personal belongings for example one time they where power washing the roof and got all the dirt and dust everywhere all over my AC unit and all over my windows and had no intentions of cleaning up the mess they made and trashed the walkways with no care at all, one week ,the lights surrounding the complex where out and it took almost a month to get them up and fixed, Kings court is not professional especially with there communication with the maintenance workers that are frequently blowing leaves insignificantly around the property early in the morning with no respect of the noise, you do NOT have to blow leaves everyday, and you should probably powerwash the walkway AFTER you have powerwashed the roof come on guys you can do BETTER!

    if you enjoy people stealing your packages, dog poop all over the place, broken down cars, people speeding through the drives to make it unsafe for your kids and yourself while walking, and trash and cigarette butts everywhere...then this is the place for you. a management company who doesnt care about the grounds, and really doesnt care about helping the residents...
