The literal worst Office stuff you could possibly imagine coming across. Refuse compliance with state law with regards to utility billing transparency. This company should be aware that if a person signs an application and receives approval and chooses not to follow through because they did not comply with this transparency rule, they could face a $250 fine plus forced refund of all application fees

Lived here a long while ago. It appears not much has changed. Great location in terms of convenience and access to everything. Loved my apartment then but did not love parking troubles. This is the only place my car has ever been broken into because I had to park in the back neighborhood. Management did loan me a specific parking spot under cover for a few days while the back window had to get fixed. Newvr really had an issue with too much noise luckily. Did not have access to the pool while living there unfortunately, it was frustrating to pay for an amenity that could not be used. Some transient issues due to easy garbage access and being right off River Road. Definitely pet feces issues, which is unfortunate because management is very proactive with offering bags and trash cans. That's just a bad tenant issue.

Positive Aspects: Residents often praise the modern aesthetics of the apartments and the quality of the amenities (gym, pool, package system). The staff and maintenance teams are frequently described as friendly, responsive, and helpful. The location is often noted as excellent and central with easy freeway access. Common Complaints: The most recurring issue is parking, often described as awful or very limited unless a resident pays an additional fee for a carport. Noise is another significant concern, with complaints about thin walls and disruptive neighbors (loud music, dog barking). Some residents have also expressed dissatisfaction with management/staff behavior and concerns about being charged erroneous or arbitrary fees. Overall Impression: Ecco appears to offer attractive, modern living with solid amenities and generally good staff support, but prospective tenants should be prepared for parking challenges and potential noise disturbances.Common Complaints: The most recurring issue is parking, often described as awful or very limited unless a resident pays an additional fee for a carport. Going on our third lease and third year at Ecco I just wanted to say how much my family loves it here. Great location, great apartment as far as layout and quality goes. Sure there are other cheaper places but you get what you pay for. We have no problem paying for location and layout. Contrary to what others have said the noise level comes from "life" and is quiet for an apartment complex, never have problems with noise being too loud at all, kids play and cry and dogs bark, that's life and to be expected no matter where you live. And parking is not an issue if you follow the rules and get a pass. We have not had to park on the street in the last year since they put a parking policy in place. The rates have stayed reasonable with very little increase at renewal. If you are a loyal renter they only raise your rate minimally. As far as being charged outlandish amounts for damages etc when moving out they don't do that either. We recently moved units and were charged very minimal amount for "wear and tear" considering we have dogs and kids. We actually got a nice refund back from our deposit, thanks Ecco! Finally the staff are amazing! They are so personable and take care of requests and issues very promptly. And when the pool is done the already amazing amenities will outshine the competition ! We plan on staying at Ecco for the long haul!
