Recently I had submitted a maintenance request late at night and it was handled first thing in the morning. David, my maintenance man was awesome. Great service and great customer service as well! I am so lucky to have great experiences with everyone at Redwood Creek apartments, David included!

I expressed i wanted to move forward but I wanted to see the state of the unit as well as review a lease before sending over a $350 deposit and $400 cat deposit. They refused to FaceTime or send over any pictures as well as wouldn’t send over a lease for review. I felt pressured to send over hundreds of dollars before seeing the state of the actual unit as well as reviewing any hidden terms/fees I might be agreeing to when I got the lease. I cancelled my application due to the red flags. Proceed with extreme caution here.
