  I lived in this apartment complex for almost two and a half years. While the apartments themselves were fine, the management was consistently disappointing. Throughout our time there, concerns were often ignored or only superficially addressed. For example, we had ongoing issues with a neighbor who would loudly sing in the middle of the night — sometimes at midnight, sometimes at 4 a.m. When we reported this, management required us to gather proof ourselves instead of properly handling the situation. Police were called multiple times, yet nothing changed. There were also frequent police visits to the complex for other incidents. Residents were sometimes questioned, and I was personally asked if I had seen certain individuals. This created a feeling of insecurity, yet management never communicated with residents about what was happening. I also experienced a stolen package. It was from Amazon, and thankfully the company refunded me directly. However, this still reflects concerns about security in the complex. The final and most frustrating issue involved parking permits and our security deposit. According to the office records, our apartment was assigned three parking permits. When we moved out, we returned all three officially assigned permits. In addition, we also returned a fourth permit — one we had previously believed was lost and for which we had already paid a $50 replacement fee. Once we found it, we returned it as well, even though we knew the $50 would not be refunded. There was no reason for us to keep it. All permits in our possession were returned within the allowed timeframe. The staff accepted them and told us everything was fine. However, later we were charged $100, with the explanation that only one permit had been returned. This is simply not true. We returned all three assigned permits plus the previously “lost” one. If they were not properly counted or recorded at the time of return, that is a management error — not ours. It is especially frustrating because when we thought we had lost a permit, we immediately reported it and paid the fee without argument. We acted honestly from the beginning. After almost 2.5 years as residents, it is very disappointing that our experience ended this way.

  Spoke to a few of the staff, Phone etiquette & Customer Service skills are severely lacking. Really passive aggressive attitudes I get it, you're "just a girl". but please, for people looking for homes such as I and my family, be girls that are good at there jobs. side note; I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE RUDE BEHAVIORS WHEN IM JUST LOOKING FOR INFORMATION im talking to atleast 3 of you too

  I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the staff.Specifically Ines, who kept me informed from my application to the day I picked up my keys. Everything is perfect and exactly as I had hoped. Very proud to say this is my new community. I cannot wait until the warm weather gets here to sit by the pool and soak up the sunshine 🙌
