  My wife and I absolutely love living here. Its peaceful, feels woodsy, parking fees are very low, our rent is a good price, spacious 1br with a nice patio, access to gym, pool and hot tub along with a coffee bar and pool table. Maintenance and staff are also very kind and chill. This is by far my favorite apartment Ive ever lived at. The only complaints I have is our unit doesnt get much sunlight which isnt a huge deal but the thing is the most troubling is my PGE bill has been VERY EXPENSIVE reaching up to $350 if I leave the heater on a lot. Maintenance checked it out and said they couldnt do much besides installing weatherstripping to keep some of the cold air out. Overall its a great place to live besides the huge power bill.

  After living here a little shy of a year now, I am SO grateful I found this place. As a traveling healthcare worker, I needed to find an apartment complex that offers flexible and short term leasing options. Centre Pointe offer just that, which I am so grateful for. Not to mention, all staff members I have had the pleasure meeting have been just lovely. The Centre Pointe office offers reliable communication, and service quickly responds to requests. Working with them has been a breeze, and I consistently feel connected and cared for by the community here. I cannot recommend this place enough!

  We have lived at Center Pointe for 2 years. Originally in a 1 bedroom and now in a 2 bedroom. They allow you to transfer to another apartment mid-lease with no penalty and 2 free days to move which is quite a perk. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The community is dog friendly, quiet, and clean with walking trails nearby. Parking is free and plentiful. There is trash service 5 nights a week with a trash compactor and recycling on site. We love living here!

  We've lived here for about 8 months now, and it's easily the best apartment I've ever lived at. The biggest factor for that is the staff; they are always super friendly, very accommodating, and make us feel like this place is a community instead of just a place to live. Yvette in particular is super friendly and knowledgeable; she's worked with us on every request big or small and makes my fiance and I feel heard even if it's something they can't accommodate. Outside of that, the hot tub is great, the pool is wonderful, the apartments are up to date, and they host events almost every month to bring people together. If I was looking for one flaw, I would say it's the gym being too small for me, but that's it. Everything else is amazing.

  I've been living here for almost a year and it's honestly been one of the nicest places I've lived. It's in a great location, just close enough to everything to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. It's right next to two nature parks that are within walking distance, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Good people work and live here, highly recommend.
