  We've worked with Matt Brown on multiple properties under Blue Mountain management, we couldn't ask for better communication and it's always a pleasure working with him an his HOA team!

  Terrible, TERRIBLE HOA. Need to talk to a human being? Impossible. Been dealing with them for years and I am so sick of their lack of communication. Abysmal failure is the only way to sum them up. And to the reviewer who may respond to this review, no I will not email you back. Answer your phones!

  Made at least a dozen attempts to reach someone by phone over the last 2 weeks, all during posted business hours. Nobody ever picks up.

  Joe Clark went above and beyond taking care of my husband and me this Christmas season! We had a roof leak on the 19th and we’re leaving town for the holidays on the 21st. From the moment I wrote to Morningside to the day that the roofing people came, he stayed in contact with me calling back to make sure they had come. We really felt taken care of. What a wonderful person!!

  They sent a letter that didn't arrive in the mail, non certified, later than the posted date to fight the charge. In the picture provided in the infraction the repairs are already made according to their standards. They have done nothing in our community to fix any of the common areas that are under their supervision. Any builder using this company to hand over HOA responsibilities to is just as at fault as them. Doing anything would be better than the complete lack of accountability they show.
