  Poor costumer relations. They don’t have live person to answer concerns or questions. Not trustworthy management company.

  This HOA management company is just awful. They are slow, often times don't reply to emails or posted requests in the portal. They haven't posted any of the recent financials, insurance, meetings minutes, etc., and have made it extremely difficult to access requested information about the HOA. As homeowners, we have a right to access all of the HOA documents, and it shouldn't be behind a paywall, and we shouldn't have to be pestering them to do the job that we pay them to do. They also charge a fee for your to pay your dues online, which is ridiculous to have to pay extra money to pay your bill. I try to pay by check each month because it saves on fees, and every single month they appear to lose my checks (even though I use the same pre-filled mailer items they assemble for us), and they need my checks numbers to locate my dues. Every month I have to prompt them to deposit my checks, they are confused, cannot find my checks for 3-4 weeks, and then they eventually find them and deposit them. So incredibly frustrating, bad communication, and slow response times.

  We've worked with Matt Brown on multiple properties under Blue Mountain management, we couldn't ask for better communication and it's always a pleasure working with him an his HOA team!

  Terrible, TERRIBLE HOA. Need to talk to a human being? Impossible. Been dealing with them for years and I am so sick of their lack of communication. Abysmal failure is the only way to sum them up. And to the reviewer who may respond to this review, no I will not email you back. Answer your phones!
