We were forced to move in later than our actual move in date and when we did show up the room was filthy and was not cleaned (literally beer cans left out). Girl at front desk was very rude and even kissed her teeth at us and raised her voice to say its not their fault that the unit wasnt ready because they have so many units to clean. We were sent home and had to come back the next day (3 hour drive). They said that the furniture would be replaced as it was filthy and only part of it was replaced. A vent in the hallway is also extremely loud (sounds like someone is vacuuming with an extremely loud vacuum cleaner that is broken) and creates a very unpleasent hissing sound that can be heard from inside the units and bedrooms. After requests to fix this there has been no response.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND This is the worst place you could ever live!
