- MSMahik SidhuMar 24, 20261.0Absolutely horrible. Do not live here. Horrible service and rude staff. They shut off the water every 2 days and there is never any hot water. No I’m not lying they genuinely shut the water off 3 times a week, so there’s no cold or hot water for an entire day, 3 days a week. They haven’t had any hot water since December. They are constantly doing construction but nothing ever gets fixed. They tell you to fill out a maintenance form and they say it’s fixed but there’s never any hot water. Maintenance doesn’t give a warning and barges in whenever they want and then leave without fixing anything. You have to shower with ice cold water. Absurd and ridiculous, don’t live here!

- QQquinnMar 7, 20261.0Unorganized, not polite, not worth your time or money. Here’s why: Had a tour at 2:30, they made us wait 20 minutes without any apology or value for our time. Walked us to a whole different building than the one we met at. We called a WEEK prior to the door and requested a 2 bedroom apartment and their tour associate is showing a 5 bedroom, wasted time. Considering that’s how we were treated before we even signed any documents, makes me question how we’d be treated if we rented there.

Constant issues including several days without hot water, constant water shutoffs, power outages, bedbugs, sprinkler break, slow maintenance, and much more. Not worth the rent whatsoever, worst experience of all seven student apartments I’ve lived in.
