- ENEthan Nauta2 days ago1.0Water damage everywhere, apartments are often destroyed as a result. Emergency alarm blares often, generally due to leaking and water damage to the building.
- QQquinnMar 7, 20261.0Unorganized, not polite, not worth your time or money. Here’s why: Had a tour at 2:30, they made us wait 20 minutes without any apology or value for our time. Walked us to a whole different building than the one we met at. We called a WEEK prior to the door and requested a 2 bedroom apartment and their tour associate is showing a 5 bedroom, wasted time. Considering that’s how we were treated before we even signed any documents, makes me question how we’d be treated if we rented there.

- EHEthan HuaFeb 4, 20261.0In 2024 when there was a major water leak in the entire building, there was zero assistance in terms of helping us find temporary housing and everything had to go through insurance. "Oh we are in talks with the hotel to discuss pricing so we will get back to you soon." I wonder how that went... Imagine trying to relocate your belongings or some of it within a few days while you have assignments and midterms to write- not to mention the contractors who repair their building stole some of my belongings. If I did not have a tracking software on my device, I wouldve never gotten it back. Because this whole thing was not a valid reason to break your lease without a penalty, if you do not like the risk of being disturbed and having to deal with a whole new situation while your hands are full, do not live here.
- VVVanessaFeb 3, 20261.0This place is a nightmare to live in. Lot of cockroaches even thought the apartment is kept clean. The heater is constantly not working in the middle of winter during the coldest times. When the heater is fixed, they decides to turn off hot water. So in the middle of winter, only barely lukewarm water is available to shower. The hallway and elevator of the apartment STINKS. Overall this place is not better than sleeping on the street.
