  Shan is great! Highly recommended! Helped me sell my condo townhouse on Weston Road and at the same time, helped me secure a detached home all within a few short weeks! He is very knowledgeable and guided me through the process of selling and buying! Shan is calm, cool, collected and positive even when things got tough during the process and taught me a lot about the housing market in GTA. I also appreciate his honesty. He will not rush you and work with you patiently and really makes you consider all the options available to you. His expertise has saved me from making some rash decisions. He really does care about his clients and ensures they make the best decision for themselves. If you want a realtor that's not only going to help you sell and buy a home in a difficult housing market, while at the same time giving you the tools and knowledge to understand the GTA housing market, Shan is the guy to work with!

  Nihal and I are so impressed and wowed by the excellent service we were provided by Ragu and Shan from 401 team/Royal Lepage Ignite Realty. When we met them for the first time and listened to their very detailed and friendly presentation we knew that we Would be working with a great team and will be with a very successful team with a passion for reaching and achieving their client's needs. They proved that and exceeded in delivering the best service ever. They both are so caring, kind, knowledgeable and always had the best intentions in delivering expected goals that we set up originally. They listened to our needs, expectations and always respected our opinions. They continuously provided changing of the current market stats accordingly, set up reachable targets and advised on how to proceed yet never forced or influenced us negatively to make a decision on selling our property. We have sold couple of times our previous homes and we were amazed at the difference of the service that Shan and Ragu had provided. They both treated us like their family members. Always with a smile, great sense of humour and we never felt that we just met them and they are just Real Estate Agents who are selling our property. They were available at any time of the day to tend to any questions or concerns. Our dearest family pet had passed on the third day since we met the 401 Team and they were so sympathetic , compassionate, kind, caring to our feelings and visited us with food for the family the same day and advised that we can take time off to grieve and they would do all within their power to help us to get our home set up for showings and no pressure.   The experience of selling or buying a house invokes certain excitement, anxiety and sometimes very stressful. Shan and Ragu certainly helped me alleviate that stress by working with me very closely and connected me with all the right people for staging, legal services and moving etc. Also they helped me buy my future home at a desirable location. I will work with them again because I know I am in good hands.
