- MCMark CarvalhoJun 30, 20251.0Horrible experience getting a valuation done on a commercial property. He didn't know what he was doing and like this was his first time. Valuation came in super low and if we had listened to them would have sold for over $1mil less than its real value.

The receptionist transfers you immediately without even listening to your questions or showing basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the salespeople never call back or follow up, despite repeated attempts. It's been a completely unprofessional experience — very disappointing, especially from a company of this size. It feels like your time and inquiries are not respected at all.
