  Since new management, this place has been unbearable and disgusting to live in. New staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and has lied and threatened on multiple occasions. Do they not understand that the lease is law and about tenant rights? The doors are broken and have been that way for months. The lights are never on in the stairways, which is hazardous but probably a result of cutting pennies. They don't care about any issues regarding the building, and instead ask you to call the police before hanging up on you. It's actually disturbing, don't rent here if you value your sleep.

  They had changed their leasing office staff frequently in the almost one year I have been living at Building 3 but the present leasing manager Shyam knows his onions. It is quite evident in the way he handles situations; he does not waste time attending to concerns; the environment is neater, better-managed and a whole lot of improvements are noticeable. He is professional, kind and courteous. centurion Associates Inc. is an organization that really cares. They go over and beyond to attend to you. This is my personal experience with them. Their apartments are well taken care of. I sincerely recommend them,

  We lived at Biggin Court apartment for over a year. The unit was renovated, clean and had a beautiful view on the trees. Never had any major problems and any issues were promptly solved by Manager Von and Superintendent Clemente. Clemente is the best Superintendent we have ever had: always helpful, polite and professional. Would be nice to arrange a small playground for kids!
