  Biggin Court was our first home when my family initially arrived. I’ve always appreciated the location - it’s tucked away from the main street, which made it feel safe, especially for the kids to play around the compound without worry. As our family grew, we needed more space and had to move into a two-bedroom unit. Maksim was incredibly helpful during that transition, making sure everything went smoothly and without any issues. The superintendents - Vernon, Johnny, and Francis - have also been great. They’re always quick to respond to maintenance requests and are very approachable. The location is another big plus - within walking distance of at least eight plazas, making everything we needed easily accessible. I even referred two other families here because we had such a good experience. I’ll genuinely miss this place. We've made so many wonderful memories here, but with our growing family, it's time to move into a house.

  I am a long term renter in this building. I have seen management grown and become very reliable, they answer all my questions/calls, and make me feel at ease being a tenant. I recommend renting from buildings they manage.

  Been here for almost 8 months now & I can say that with the new management on site things could never have been better. Requests are treated with due consideration and in a timely fashion. Shyam, Vernon and team are handling business as real professionals! Totally recommend to anyone looking to move!

  Lack of parking makes this place absolutely horrible. Parking lots aren't well maintained and there is bit of garage throughout the back. Road parking is limited as it is a cul de sac as well.
