  I recently moved into this building and had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly smooth, thanks to Riad and Kandice. They were both very responsive, helpful, and made everything feel easy and stress-free, which really made a difference during the move. The building itself is excellent. The amenities are a big plus: the gym is well-equipped, the working area is perfect if you need a quiet and comfortable space to focus. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience so far and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed building with great facilities.

  The building is very nice and the management team are great but there’s a very big issue within the apartments as the noise isolation within the walls is non existent and the handles on all the doors come out very easily. Watch out if you value privacy and don’t enjoy hearing your neighbors constantly.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment building. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, which initially made me very excited to move forward. During my visit, the leasing agent, Riad, was helpful and encouraged me to reserve a suite with a $300 refundable deposit. However, things became frustrating during the application process. Despite providing proof of income, including my parents’ financial assets (stocks) and confirmation that both my parents and I are employed, my application was initially rejected because my parents do not earn income within Canada. I was then advised to increase my deposit to a 3- or 6-month upfront payment to improve my chances. I agreed, and my application was eventually accepted. However, due to the large financial commitment, my parents decided to withdraw. At that point, I was informed that the deposit would not be refunded because I had already been approved. This condition was never clearly communicated to me beforehand. Had I known this, I would not have proceeded. While the building itself is excellent, the leasing process lacked transparency and clear communication. I felt misled and financially taken advantage of. I would recommend this property only if you have a stable Canadian household income and fully understand all financial conditions upfront. Otherwise, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere
