  Leaving a real review since most of the reviews are regarding the leasing agents and signing experience. Of course, the leasing agents are amazing, they are trying to get you to sign a lease:-) I would steer clear of renting here. Cheap building/units for a big price tag. I have lived at Releve since July, and it's been the worst rental experience I have had. We were sold on the building being "luxury," and it's far from that. Sure, it might look nice on the surface, but it's very cheaply built with cheap appliances, low-grade finishes, and very poor workmanship. We have had an extremely long list of issues since we moved in, and it would take me too long to get into the details, given there have been so many. It has also meant that there is someone in our unit pretty much on a weekly basis. Management does not care about the people who actually live here; they care about the image they project. One of the biggest issues is the lack of hot water. We have put in multiple tickets and had plumbers/maintenance in our unit many times, but the issue prevails, and since the water issue is random, and they gaslight us when we have an issue and don't follow up, we stopped complaining. You are expected to run your water for as long as it takes to get hot (5-10 min)...you also pay for that water. They recently implemented a visitor parking fee system, and it's a complete mess and very expensive ($36.75 for 24 hours on the weekend). I understand having paid parking, but that cost is outrageous for residents to have a visitor, especially given the cost of rent here. The building is still under construction, and that is their excuse for most issues; however, we still pay full price and expect the "luxury" we were sold. Given the number of issues we have had here, we requested to decrease our lease from 2 years to 1 year so we could leave this nightmare, and they refused but offered the option to assign our lease...for a $250 fee (for each person to apply). We absolutely love the area and being downtown, but Releve has ruined the experience for us.

  Reda was very professional and helpful during the apartment visit. He took the time to show us the place, answered all our questions clearly, and provided useful information about the apartment. He was friendly, respectful, and made the visit comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience.

  The building itself is really nice and so far I have no complaints. Everything from the unit to the overall feel of the place has been solid. I also want to give a shoutout to Sarah, who helped me through the whole process of finding the apartment. She was quick to reply to questions and easy to deal with, and she even stayed in touch after I moved in to help with any property-related questions. Overall, a really smooth experience.

  I had a great move-in experience from start to finish. The team was awesome, extremely helpful, and made the whole process easy. The space was very clean, communication was clear and efficient, and overall it was a great experience.

  Overall, I had the best experience moving in with Riad. He was very professional and quick to help me with any questions I had throughout the move-in process. Relevé is a great building with a convenient location and awesome amenities. Highly recommend !!
