  This is such a beautiful property in and out, incredibly convenient for grocery shopping, running errands, and being close to downtown. Most importantly, the property management team is amazing: very professional, responsive, and always pleasant to deal with. The amenities are exactly what you’d hope for when hosting guests or spending quality time with neighbours: an indoor pool, board game/TV room, party room, and gym, all kept in exceptionally clean and pristine condition. The interior design of the common areas truly gives a prestige, old-money feel. A big thank-you to the management team, Sara, Suleman, Namratha, and the maintenance team, for taking such great care of the residents. :)

  The old management did not seem to care that the appliances were not very good, but the new management has now replaced them, which is great. But still when I visit my parents at this place, there is never any parking available at all and the rent is very high. Hopefully new management can address those issues too.

  The owners had bad attitude and treat people with disrespect, I worked hard and did my best, all what I got is their disrespect. These people were cheap and racist toward me.
