- BKBahareh KazemAug 7, 20253.0I’ve been living in this building and unfortunately, there is a serious pest problem. There are cockroaches in the units and mice in the lockers. The building manager is aware of the situation and they do have someone who comes for pest control, but no real or effective action has been taken to reduce or eliminate the problem. If you’re thinking about renting a unit here, I strongly suggest you ask the manager about this issue before making a decision. It’s important that new tenants are aware of the ongoing infestation.
