- CCChelseyMar 22, 20255.0Jennifer is lovely super. I lived there years ago and the place was always so well kept, she was friendly and helpful and so sweet to the families and children. She puts alot of work and extra effort into decorating and making the place look great. Even though I moved out a few years ago, I still think of her from time to time! I miss park place!
- RRRoxanne R.Sep 11, 20231.0Had an appointment to see one of their units, arrived a half hour early, buzzed the buzzer and no one answered so I waited till the actual appointment time and buzzed again and a lady answered just to tell me that they were supposed to reschedule my appointment. I sent an email letting them know that I was upset at the fact that I drove from work in Toronto to get to Oshawa just to be told that they canceled on me with no notice. They, then replied by sending me a rental application to fill out for their unit even though I didn't get to see it. Not interested! Exterior of the building is not appealing and from this experience, they're very disorganized.
