The building itself is clean and well maintained and quiet. At certain time the year different activities are going involving the residents. Between the work of property managers and the building owners ideas a high rating can be justified.

I've never known a building to be fun to live in, but this one is run by people who are in it for the community and their tenants. One of the elevators is under construction so to make up for waiting time the building does bingo games that are posted in the elevator, raffles during certain times of the year, they literally had an ice cream truck scheduled to park at the building one day for free icecream cones! This Saturday there's also going to be vendors who live at the building in the lobby selling their small business products! Not to mention, the superintendents are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond. They make me want to stay here because they're really good at their jobs and just really great down to earth people in general. 🙂
