Centurion is very disrespectful and inconsiderate when it comes to their tenants and the Issues that arise. Water leaking into a home should be addressed within 24 hours however they tend to let it go until it causes mould and then seven months later they will Give you six days notice to displace you for what they claim to be two weeks when it only turns out to be over a month run as far and as fast as you can from these bunch of slumlords. With having a vacant unit for over a month all repairs should have been completed. Now in the Following winter same issues and same response time.
