  My fiancée and I are currently renting from Centurion and voiced our concerns about an above guideline rental increase which we felt was unfair. Instead of meeting us in the middle, Centurion's Asset Manager tried to trick us into signing a new 12 month lease at the increased rate before the Landlord Tenant Board had a chance to review and rule on the increase. Several units are currently sitting vacant, some cheaper than our current rental rate, and still they refuse to negotiate.

  The staff, amenities, cleanliness, services and living spaces are fantastic. I would recommend Centurion to anyone who’s looking to rent an apartment. Le personnel, les équipements, la propreté, les services et les espaces de vie sont fantastiques. Je recommanderais Centurion à tous ceux qui cherchent à louer un appartement.

  Best place to live. Very clean building and amenities. The Building Superintendent Jonathan is very kind, respectful, hard working and very genuine person.

  I would give Centurion property management zero stars, but there’s no option to do so. Centurion is very disrespectful and inconsiderate when it comes to their tenants and the Issues that arise. Water leaking into a home should be addressed within 24 hours however they tend to let it go until it causes mould and then seven months later they will Give you six days notice to displace you for what they claim to be two weeks when it only turns out to be over a month run as far and as fast as you can from these bunch of slumlords. With having a vacant unit for over a month all repairs should have been completed. Now in the Following winter same issues and same response time.
