  I had a great experience with the customer service today. Cynthia Lake was incredibly helpful in assisting me with setting up my online account and took the time to walk me through each step over the phone. Her guidance was clear, patient, and made the whole process very easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and professionalism excellent service overall!

  Anyone considering MRCM should steer clear. They have NEVER replied to the initial email we send. They consistently ignore emails and follow ups and only take action when we escalate situations. The representative for our community (Ilirjana) does not even show up to condo meetings and yet she is managing the site. She knows she is failing us and tries to hide. We've had break ins to our bike room over the course of several months and their response has been "we have to hire a company to reset fobs". It does not take MONTHS to secure a company. Nor does it take months to simply deactivate a fob that was stolen. She's also told residents to not share information about what is happening at our community to other residents. MRCM wants us to stay in the dark so they dont have to be called out for their lack of responses. Residents have literally had to manage issues as a collective because MRCM does not understand urgency. Find a manager that will actually show up to the community and SEE what's happening. Residents are constantly in the dark - we have to get replacement bike room keys, and yet we found out from our community FB group. They are not proactive. They are reactive. And only when they are forced to. We are literally facing a safety issue with our bike room being broken into multiple times in the last few months and they haven't done anything. We have an issue with the garage door that's been ongoing for weeks and there's no progress. Ilirjana would know if she actually showed up to the community. The old contact we had (Faizan) actually showed up and MRCM's performance was night and day better. Cant wait for them to reply to say "we sent an email on XX date". Great - but no action has occurred since. We want action, not meaningless words. They were cheaper than the other property management companies, and now we know why.

  Our property manager, Sue Anderson, does not answer the calls. We have been trying to reach her since 18th March to have the snow pile-up in front of our unit removed. Today is the 25th still waiting for the crew. This is atrocious. Tried calling Lisa Blair- No response.

  $1300/month in "maintenance fees" with almost no maintenance done, but hey, they've replaced the cork board for messages, with a 50 inch TV that cycles through important messages way to quick to read. Security guards rotating constantly being replaced for night shift because they can't seem to afford anyone who stays awake during said shift. Water damage we've been told would be fixxed within 2 months, we've just passed 3 months, still not done.
