- JBJohn BlackthorneFeb 24, 20265.0Great townhouses for students that's at the end of a quiet street, no traffic and very quiet. There's a shuttle that drops you off at campus and back home at the end of the day. When something breaks you put in a request on the website and someone comes to fix it quickly. Definitely recommend.
- NCNicolas CamargoFeb 2, 20261.0The experience with the Marq has been nothing but unpleasant. So many issues in the house and poor maintenance. I guess you get what you pay for, but have very low standards. The dishwasher is old, and we requested maintenance. They said it was just old and did nothing. During winter, we had water heater problems for four months, and it only got fixed until we threatened them with the City. Not to mention, they never fixed the blind that was broken in the dining room.
- TATariya AttaniDec 16, 20255.0I toured this place did not get to live here (maybe in the future), one of the staff members who live/lived here showed me pictures of her place and boy you can really turn it around. It was better than staging stuff on the website. This said, i only saw 2 properties with them, so not sure if there other ones are better. P.S - for this property they say that the bus stop is few minutes away but in the snow it is actually further (consider 10 mins, it just closer to campus) so rely on the shuttle, which btw, very sweet of marq but like none of the timings of the shuttle match the popular lecture timing So i wish they revise that.

The Thames River runs right behind the east buildings and make the middle of the city feel like the back country. The maintenance guys are also super friendly and make sure to help with any maintenance tasks with efficiently and in a friendly manner. (The pic is one of our cats in the trees by the Thames)
