  We had a wonderful experience working with Alexandra. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond by arranging property viewings after business hours to accommodate our schedule. Thanks to her, the process of moving into our new apartment unit was smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is beautifully built, with a stunning view and a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for living. The space is impeccably clean and well-maintained. When we encountered a few minor issues, they were addressed promptly, and maintenance was scheduled immediately, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. We highly recommend Alexandra for her professionalism, dedication, and outstanding service.

  Thank you Aleksandra, for your collaboration, we were staying at 286 Kingswood Dr, and we recommend it, they accepted us without so much paperwork and requirements and our pet was well received. What we enjoyed the most were the gym facilities, which are very well equipped. On the other hand, the common areas are very clean and the building is very well located, near the Conestoga Doon, c.c. fairview, McLenan park, the library and the public service bus stop.

  Both Zina and Alex were amazing and great to deal with. You could approach them with any issue and it would be resolved quickly. Being so far from home, they made it feel more like home. Recently, with the loss of my job in Kitchener, they made it easy for me to regroup and rehome. I definitely recommend this condo

  I've been living here for over a year. My 'Luxury' place without microwave is quiet, safe and clean. Hydro bill is for luxury place though.
