  Water is constantly shut off with no warning. Fire alarm is constantly going off for no reason. No proper security into the building other than lights that will shoot blue light into your apartment when trying to sleep. 1 laundry machine for 19 units and it's constantly broken. Someone has had tools stolen and there are theives who will rob your laundry and laundry card. Extremely poorly managed building. Do not live here unless you have no other option.

  Went to view a unit here. Advised them how close I am to being homeless with my children. Gave the cheque, then about 2 business days later decided to TEXT me to tell me I was denied the unit. Disgusting landlord!

  Not sure what is worse, the access of my apartment without permission, double charging my rent without proper reimbursement, the lack of warm water, or the turnstile of resident managers (at least 7 in the year I have lived here), ensuring there is nobody to address these concerns. The single washer and dryer for the 15 two-bedroom units in our building is pathetic, considering the $1400 price tag for rent. Do not sign a lease with Centurion, look elsewhere.

  I live at Hoffman Apts. Really nice, peaceful area that sits alongside Shoemaker Creek and 2 great nature areas within one block. Really convenient to shopping, restaurants. I've experienced excellent tenant service when needed and the building and grounds are spotless.and maintained. The inside of the building has been completely renovated and updates, as have the units. Spacious, clean with new balconies, flooring, cabinetry, bathrooms, light fixtures, cupboards, hardware. The windows are fantastic!!. And , there are a lot and very large, including dual sliding doors to the balcony.. (I'm out here now, listening to birds and the creek) Friendly, considerate and mature tenants here where I live. *No, they didn't pay me to write this, lol It's just that nice..and it doesn't hurt when you have polite neighbours.
