  It is a pretty great place to live! It is quiet and always really clean, neighborhood is good as well. Amy is also an awesome landlord assistant. She is always prompt to help when issues come up and super friendly.

  Nice apartment set up. Clean buildings. Hard driveway to turn out off but other than that it is nice.

  Since I arrived to Canada, I’ve never met such a good person as Amy. She is definitely the reason I chose this place. It is a regular 2 bed apartment, similar to many others that I visited. However, the treatment and attention dispended by Amy made total difference towards the decision to move there! I am moving in March first 2022 because of her effort in helping me to be accepted for a rental contract. The area is calm and two blocks away from a children’s school. Wich is very important for me. There is a mall 1.5km away with supermarket, restaurants and others basics needs available. Possible to go walking, takes 15 min.

  After living at 360 Hoffman St, for almost 2 years we have had nothing but good experiences. the superintendent Amy has stopped at nothing to make sure the building looks great and to help solve any issues that we have had. Everyone in the building is nice and seem to get along great, it was a blast for when all the units were being worked on we could all stand in the hall to chat and laugh with one another. We have no plans on moving anytime soon. Great place great people. #mycenturionhome
