- MAMICHELLE AUBINJul 17, 20255.0Recently my child left the family home and moved into 167 Morgan Ave. The transition went very well with the support of the buildings superintendent Theresa. Theresa patiently guided him through each step of the application and even with internet set up. I feel relief when I visit and the building is clean and quiet and welcoming with the well kept grounds that make it feel like a home. Theresa is respected and well liked. I see many visitors in her office each time I visit and she always greets everyone by name. Thankful for all her hard work and commitment to her tenants.

At the present time there is a property manager that listens to tenants' concerns and needs. The manager is productive and consistent in their effort. Projects and renovations are ongoing.
