  Centurion property is so blessed to have an amazing manager like Aleksandra she is such a nice person. I lack words to explain her personality. she is welcoming she is kind you can name the rest I haven't met someone like her in a very long time .I would like to encourage her to keep being good because her good heart will definitely be rewarded someday.

  Well kept building, Resident Managers always listen and are willing to help. Great location, quiet neighborhood.

  Great place poor management! The management doesn't take any action. They stay all day in the office ( with lights turned off at entrance!!)the only time when they come out of the office is when they go smoking, or go to the bathroom, or go home. The building has large potential but with this invisible management si hard. Building has been painted and thanks for that but still dirty. The building surroundings are mess, pop station alway full, grounds completed neglected. Superintendents are not visible ever. Garbage everywhere. Centurion should take some action . The most recent notices on the annunciator board is July 2021. MORE AND MORE Centurion hired a so called landscaper...The guy came on Sunday to cut/butcher the grass. Shredded all the garbage from the lawn and the lawn looked horrible. My picture are saying all. The weeds were considered ornamental plant on this property. Bikes are parked at the building entrance every nigh . The ornamental gravel is full of weeds, nobody taking care of that . Is not that part of the landscaping contract or you guys just buy grass cutting. You want me to call you?! Why?! To be harassed by your staff from the building and followed to see if I am doing something that will not comply( which I am not). No thank you I know how you guys are working and why so many good people left this building. Some AAA company come to clean carpet, not sure where or probably was just on some empty units. However the carpet still dirty. Good job painting the walls and doors, probably this will allow you to raise the rent. Mats are still dirty and worn , dogs are peeing in the lobby in the elevators and ?!....no action has been taken. I like you way of communication , the notices from the lobby is fresh July 2021...probably nothing to say, We are used with notices posted last minute ( no 24 hours minimum as is required) or notices posted and nothing is done, such line painting. We still have to guess the lines and the numbers on the parking. Fix all these and I will call you!

  After looking around for many apartments during the pandemic time I would say this was the best apartment we found. I work from home and I required a quiet place during day time and I would say we succeeded finding the best. Staff are very helpful all the time and I should say Aleksandra played a great role in helping us to get the apartment from the beginning. Communication is so easy with her. And even up to date she personally looks into any matters we would have and we really appreciate it. Thank you Aleksandra for all that support. Really appreciate it. Even the people living here are so friendly and helpful.

  we have been living in this apartment for 4 months now. It's nice and decent place for a small family and the property manager is also nice , she keeps the place clean and up to date.
